Happy Wednesday!
It’s been a crazy week so far and to be honest as a full time student and varsity athlete I haven’t had a whole lot of time to make new recipes or snap pics of a full days worth of meals. Therefore, What I Ate Wednesday today will feature a random compilation of what I’ve been munching on this past week!

WIAW: This Week’s Eats
Chocolate oatmeal.. enough said.
OBSESSED with snacking on these carrots picked from my grandmother’s garden. So so good.
Deconstructed chicken burger salad for dinner.
Oatmeal in an almost-empty White Chocolate Wonderful PB jar (so decadent!)
Spinach salad with apple, grapes, cucumber, celery, almonds and goat cheese. Topped it off with a homemade maple dijon vinaigrette.
Can never go wrong with pb&j.
Grilled chicken, skillet potatoes and green beans for dinner one evening. Yum!
You can also never go wrong with a pb&b, right?
There’s that pb&j again.. yogurt bowls for the win!
Pretty smoothies on rushed mornings are perfect.
An all time fave.. vanilla egg-white oatmeal.
and homemade turkey chilli for lunches!
There you go guys, my quick and dirty WIAW for this week! Thanksgiving weekend is coming up here in Canada, any recommendations for things I should make?! I’m also going apple picking so keep a look out for a lightened-up apple crisp recipe!
